Abstract

Existence of mutual aid spaces dedicated to drug users, especially on the internet, allow them to exchange with no fear of being stigmatized or repressed. The analysis of Psychoactif forum highlighted different subjects around drugs injection. Users are very aware about drugs identification (strip bands, laboratory analyzes) and they often share their views regarding injection equipment. Opioid substitution therapy is also the topic of several conversations. This study shows the benevolent aspect of Psychoactif, the involvement of health–care professionals, moderators and experts–users which make this platform a real tool for harm–reduction.
