Abstract

The organization of a new generation app has seen several nations engaged worldwide, driven by the need to stem the contagion caused by Covid-19. New technologies field all the tools, among the most advanced, to trace the signs or better the damages that this “new” invisible virus causes. It is a challenge that modern man is about to face: knowing the enemy, fighting him and, with ever greater awareness, living with him. It structures a contact tracking app that follows the movements of the virus, inevitably implies interference on the devices and, therefore, on the personal sphere of the citizens who own them. Hence the need to start, right from the design of technological solutions, from precise rules that protect the protection of personal data.
