L' evoluzione del concetto di sicurezza nell’analisi diacronica di documenti giuridici

Abstract

This article sets out the results of a survey carried out on a number of databases available on the website of the Istituto di Informatica Giuridica e Sistemi Giudiziari (ex ITTIG) – CNR. 
This survey was conducted to identify the occurrence and the meaning of the term “security” in the legal documentation held in the abovementioned databases. The timeframe taken into consideration, based on the availability of the documents, goes from 1397 to today.
