The study was carried out both quantitatively, by aggregating the data from the comparative analyses, and qualitatively in order to detect variability in the use of clinical coding systems for the identification of diagnosis, procedure, care setting and possible differences in the pricing system. The overview reveals the lack of uniformity in a relatively new discipline which has undergone a significant regulatory reorganization and has been greatly improved by technological-instrumental advances. This work will lay the groundwork towards an assessment of Pain Therapy’s care quality in Italy and consequent efforts that are needed in order to define a common care model to ensure prompt and appropriate patient care.
2024-06-30T00:00:00+02:00Copyright (c) 2024 Cacucci Editorehttps://www.aidainformazioni.it/index.php/aidainformazioni/article/view/299Sull’affidabilità delle bibliografie generate dai chatbot2024-06-26T16:36:04+02:00Andrea Capaccioniandrea.capaccioni@unipg.it
This paper explores the use of chatbots in the academic field, focusing on the reliability of bibliographies generated by artificial intelligence. By analyzing the language models of OpenAI and Google, the study evaluates the capabilities and limitations of these technologies in providing accurate citations. Through the interrogation of ChatGPT 3.5 and Bard 2.0, the results obtained are examined and compared with similar studies. Criticisms related to the accuracy of citations and the correct classification of sources emerge. Furthermore, the phenomenon of hallucinations and confabulations in Artificial Intelligence is explored, highlighting how these can affect the accuracy of information provided by chatbots.
2024-06-30T00:00:00+02:00Copyright (c) 2024 Cacucci Editorehttps://www.aidainformazioni.it/index.php/aidainformazioni/article/view/300La dimensione Testuale del Videogame2024-05-13T11:23:34+02:00Alessandro Maistoamaisto@unisa.it
In this work, we explore the textual dimension of video games. Despite their pronounced visual and interactive characteristics, video games can be regarded as documents due to their narrative and communicative elements. Our research delves into this textual dimension to automatically generate rating tags associated with offensive language, violence, and the presence of drugs. We utilized a dictionary of English slang, compiled from various online sources and manually annotated with four categories: Slang, Violence, Drugs, and Discrimination. The resulting electronic dictionary facilitated the automatic assignment of the three rating tags with high precision. It has also been employed to classify video games based on their lexical content. The two classification tasks — by rating tags and by lexical dimension — could pave the way for an automatic warning system capable of analyzing the full textual dimension of a video game.
2024-06-30T00:00:00+02:00Copyright (c) 2024 Cacucci Editorehttps://www.aidainformazioni.it/index.php/aidainformazioni/article/view/303Discovering and documenting brilliance2024-04-17T08:58:29+02:00Alexander Murzakuamurzaku@steu.eduPontish Yeramyanpontish.yeramyan@gapinternational.comCurt Andersoncurt.anderson@gapinternational.comSteven Buxbaumsteven.buxbaum@gapinternational.comRuben Diazruben.diaz@gapinternational.comMarielle Lernermarielle.lerner@gapinternational.comArmenui Minasyanarmenui.minasyan@gapinternational.comHazel Mitchleyhazel.mitchley@gapinternational.comJodie-Ann Pennantjodie-ann.pennant@gapinternational.comMia Shangmia.shang@gapinternational.comBrisa Speier-Britobrisa.speier-brito@gapinternational.com
The pursuit of understanding human brilliance has long fascinated scholars, practitioners, and observers across various domains of performance. Capturing and understanding human brilliance is an important endeavor, as it allows us to gain insight into the motivations behind extraordinary achievements. However, brilliance remains a complex phenomenon that eludes simple characterization. In this paper we propose a methodology for investigating brilliance. We use structured interviews with high-achieving individuals to document the language surrounding their accomplishments, and code this language using seven distinct themes. Each interview is then annotated using a multimodal annotation schema that captures a variety of linguistic and paralinguistic features, including phonetic information, hand gesture, and eye gaze. This system allows us to discover and document the tacit knowledge that underlies human brilliance and make inroads in understanding the full communicative expression of brilliance.
2024-06-30T00:00:00+02:00Copyright (c) 2024 Cacucci Editorehttps://www.aidainformazioni.it/index.php/aidainformazioni/article/view/295Le document : miroir des enjeux institutionnels et de l’évolution linguistique des transitions écologique et énergétique en France (2007-2022)2024-04-22T14:13:45+02:00Camilla Nappicamilla.nappi001@studenti.uniparthenope.it
The main aim of this contribution is to highlight the crucial importance of documentation in a study on the discursive evolution of the terms ecological transition and energy transition. The study is based on an analysis of discourses issued by the French Ministry of the Environment over the period from 2007 to 2022. After examining the role of documentation in the advancement of linguistic research, its importance in the specific context of this study will be analysed, introducing the employed approach, the investigated corpus, and the methodology that has been used. Concrete examples drawn from the corpus will be illustrated, highlighting the dual functionality of documentation in the chosen approach. From this perspective, this study aims to underline that documentation can serve both as a material and as a contextual source, providing access to valuable linguistic information while helping to interpret socio-political realities and contemporary issues
2024-06-30T00:00:00+02:00Copyright (c) 2024 Cacucci Editorehttps://www.aidainformazioni.it/index.php/aidainformazioni/article/view/321Que reste-t-il de nos amours?2024-10-11T15:52:30+02:00Piero Innocentipiero.innocenti1945@gmail.com
The text is a journey through memory exploring the evolution of Book and Document Sciences over the last forty years, inspired by a 1942 song by Charles Trenet. The essay primarily addresses the question “what has become” of documentation science, only briefly touching upon “what will become.” It traces the history of Archival Science, Bibliography, Library Science, and Documentation, emphasizing the value and centrality of knowledge systematization.
The text then delves into the complex issues related to the production, use, and preservation of digital documents from an interdisciplinary perspective, while not neglecting the publication of the Records in Contexts-Conceptual Model by the International Council on Archives, which unifies and replaces four pre-existing international standards. This overview concludes with a quote from Jules Verne, suggesting a connection with the past and the uncertainty of the future.
2024-06-30T00:00:00+02:00Copyright (c) 2024 Cacucci Editorehttps://www.aidainformazioni.it/index.php/aidainformazioni/article/view/305La Documentazione in Italia e il ruolo di Paolo Bisogno: una rapida evoluzione 2024-05-13T16:29:29+02:00Ferruccio Diozziferruccio.diozzi@gmail.comPiero Cavalericavaleri.piero@gmail.com2024-06-30T00:00:00+02:00Copyright (c) 2024 Cacucci Editorehttps://www.aidainformazioni.it/index.php/aidainformazioni/article/view/319Domenico (Ingo) Bogliolo2024-10-11T15:41:20+02:00Paola Gargiulopaola.gargiulo@gmail.comLucia Maffeiluciamaffei52@gmail.com2024-06-30T00:00:00+02:00Copyright (c) 2024 Cacucci Editore
