Case law citation in administrative judgment as a communicative and cognitive act

Abstract

The present work ultimately aims to identify, without any claim of conclusive systematization, the theoretical frameworks that underpin the administrative judgment. The authors, pioneers in Italy on the subject, insist on a more general line of study, which wants to investigate the different nuances of administrative judgment.
