The study wants to address the analysis of decisum in administrative judgment as a moment of legal communication, in which the judge communicates, through the use of regulatory and jurisprudential references, its decision. This decision should be accessible not only to authorized personnel, but also to whom, having no specific training in the subject of law, can work through the interpretation and understanding of the decision, which is communicated through the reasons for judgment. It is obvious that the survey has involved both the sentences of the Regional Administrative Court, and those of the State Council.
The final aim of this research paper, therefore, is to identify, without claiming to draw a systematic conclusion, theoretical structures of the decisum of administrative judgment, also through the use of methodologies, which we can define as mediological, insisting on a more general branch of research that wants to investigate different nuances of administrative judgment.
