Analysis of the complexity and evaluation of the emerging document networks in digital archive projects

Abstract

The digital project consists of a set of management factors involving multidisciplinary contexts. The strategic contexts of the digital project are archiving, information technology, organization, legislation. The management of them consists of systemic interactions and effects: typical approach to project management dynamics. The archive life cycle follows the same project life cycle in a digital–oriented organization, with management and carrying out a set of projects in continuous coordination and correlation within the general approach to multi-project management. These changing topics of the digital archive project and its evolutionary dynamics need to analyze the emerging effects of digital projects with a focus on complexity.
